Gold-Inn

I had an Amazing stay at Gold Inn Hot Springs. My room was extremely clean, accommodating and pleasant. The accommodations were wonderful. The mini fridge was a great size, there was a microwave and coffee maker with coffee provided. Nice bed and TV with Prime available. The bathroom was clean and comfortable and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. I highly recommend the Gold Inn Hot Springs!

Highly recommended!! Built in 1905 by Samuel Fordyce, founder of Mountain Valley Spring Water, the original manor house is still part of the property. It was my pleasure to stay in the manor itself, and it was a lovely experience! The rooms are all apparently newly refreshed, with soothing blue-gray walls and bright white trim. Beds are firm memory foam, which my back adored. The baths have a very historic feel in the tile work, offset by a modern glass shower in my room with all new fixtures. One of the rooms I checked out in the motorcourt section was smaller but no less elegant, with a tub with a tile surround. If you travel to Hot Springs, stay here! Close to everything, it is in a quiet location even though it is on a main road. I slept very well. I didn't want to leave and come back home, it was that calming and relaxing with a historic feel and modern amenities.

Spectacular service! Beautiful rooms, nice people. The rooms are squeaky clean, the paint is fresh, and I think my bathroom is brand new. The location is close to downtown and all amenities. I would move into this room! HIGHLY Recommended! Tell Brenda I said Hi, she is a Jewel!

I read a lot of reviews before booking, and it was even better than I imagined. The building is older, but it’s renovated and comfortable. The staff is quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room was by far one of the cleanest we’ve booked lately. It’s a great location near the main strip, with good parking that’s walking distance from a convenience store, donut shop, etc. They even had recommendations for food/drinks nearby! If I’m in Hot Springs I’ll definitely stay again.

Surrounding area is desolate other than the main road about a mile up. Everything is abandoned and falling apart surrounding it. A lot of sketchy looking people walking the streets but this place made me feel safe and it was nice. Even a little dog area that was enclosed for my dog to do his business.

The Gold-inn is a great little motel that has been completely remodeled. It was done tastefully and it was super clean. We stayed in the deluxe cottage and were able to cook a meal there. It was very quiet because it was a few minutes outside of the main. This was a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay there again!

Gold-Inn is pretty solid for the price you pay, but it is proof of you get what you pay for. The room was cute and seemed clean (very small but to be expected). The AC did not seem to be working. It wasn’t that hot outside as I stayed there in October, and it was cooler outside than inside. There also didn’t seem to be anyone on site to speak to. On the website it said there was breakfast snacks in the office by the deck, but that wasn’t the case. This was fine, but I had been hoping to ask someone about the AC. It wasn’t miserable enough to bother with calling for maintenance, so it’s on me. All in all the place was cute, I felt safe, but my experience was commiserate with the lower price. Other reviews made it seem exceptional but it wasn’t in my experience.

Clean. No frills but has all the essentials (comfortable bed, coffee, AC, Etc) and is a great value! Felt safe. We liked the location and that it was close to the park but away from the loud busyness of Bath House Row. We were in unit 15 away from the road and had zero noise. We usually book through Expedia but saw it was cheaper to book directly through the property. They were super responsive with communication. Perfect stay.
